Need New Radio Show That Takes Unscreened Phone Calls

Need to just take calls from listeners for 10 minutes (5 minute commercial breaks) , then so on a so forth for a 3 hour show! Let the listeners that call in run the show rather than the host! They used to do that in the old days, but now it's about the host's ego!
