Interesting list. Cougar Point is a Gary Player course at Kiawah. In addition to the Ocean course they also have Nicklaus course and a Fazio course. Surprised one of those isn’t ranked higher than Cougar.
The Aiken golf club is a classic old course. Historically it was Junior, Hainan, and me who first played Thistle. It’s just gotten better.
A friend of mine did a Pinehurst trip last year and raved about it. They also played the Duke University course and said it was excellent. That’s all I got.
