KID 77 (NOAA Weather Radio) is Down During 70 MPH Storm Over Downtown

The weather band is not working during a severe thunderstorm with 70 MPH wind gusts over Downtown Kansas City, MO and quarter sized hail! The storm is moving towrds the east at 30 MPH! BZ is useless! KID 77 is useless! Accu-Weather is useful! This report was as of 7:40AM Monday 7/24/23. 70 MPH wind gusts is the same kind of storm that knocks out power and knocks over trees!
