Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

After Bane resurfaced, Psychedelic did not expect any more familiar faces to make their way from their lurking shadows. Yet, as he walked through the Lagoon, a wayward breeze brushed across his muzzle and drew the painted dun to a halt with the nearby scent it promised. The more like-minded individuals he had to help enact his plan for the Lagoon, the better. Tyr’s son was the perfect island menace and behaved exactly the way he wanted to encourage all of the brotherhood tk behave, except for the pesky fact that he loathed Psychedelic and could therefore not be trusted by the boss.

Such a shame, because Psychedelic would love to tell the boy how appreciative he was of his efforts.

Mentally putting thoughts of Tyr’s boy aside, Psychedelic followed the scented trail to the sight of a familiar individual. A grin cracked over his lips, the sight of seeing an old friend. Even if the pair of them weren’t exactly that close personally, Gael felt like the old brotherhood Psychedelic had been raised alongside. Time spent with him made all of this, all of his plans for the Lagoon’s future, not seem so improbable.

“Gael,” he greeted the dark stallion with a rather amiable tone, and then joked, “I was worried you’d gone off and died on me.” If anything out of the two of them, Psychedelic was sure to be closer to death’s door. Yet, for all of the times he should have been snatched out of this life, Psychedelic was still here and kicking. His eyes were bright as he studied the stallion. “Well, I guess I wasn’t worried too much since I didn’t exactly go looking around for you.” He grunted and shifted his weight, relaxing his stance rather comfortably in Gael’s presence. “It’s good to see you resurface, at any rate.”
