"Assaulting a PO?" Is that what Robin and the nitwits came up with now? No, he was approaching a PO in a threatening manner, but other police were on the scene. You see genius, they have a Use of Force model they must follow or get time if they don't. They have tasers and descalation techniques they must follow.
Here's a list of questions to start from IAD and the States Attorney:
So fireman bonehead, what CFD General Order allows you to strike a patient without being provoked or threatened?
So fireman bonehead, were any CPD officers on the scene? Did they intervene? Are you aware of the Use of Force model they must follow? What training have you received through CFD or Region 11 in regards to patients in crisis?
So fireman bonehead, did you suspect the patient was in a mental health or substance abuse crisis? Can you show us in the Region 11 Policy and Procedures where it shows striking a patient is allowed?
Fireman bonehead, you told CFD exempt rank personnel that the patient was in the process of sexually assaulting FC Robin Alvarez? Can you describe these events and how you came to the conclusion since the patient wasn't charged or any case report generated with this accusation?
