Episode II: The Return of The Quane

After years in exile due his PR election loss. The Quane has returned to dethrone his former master. The Quane is initially hesitant to battle his former master, but the unknown hooded being pushes him for the good of Local 2. There is no rebellion because no one cares, The Quane is elected and its business as usual on 43rd. Nothing getting done.......
