Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Despite his double loss in the Prairie, it seemed Garmr’s luck on this particular day wasn’t completely lost. After lifting his mood with the desert mare, Garmr knew he would need to return to the Lagoon. In the very least, to see where Nahawi went, and if he would be causing any troubles to Garmr’s recent acquired possession. Instead of finding the red dun, the draft was surprised to see the handsome, spotted male he had lost in the Prairie. A smile couldn’t help but tug at the corners of his lips, and without hesitation, Garmr jogged over to the newly made brother. Only one of them was in on that secret though.

“Hello gorgeous.” Garmr practically purred, as if he was a beautiful mare. Reaching over, the draft laid a claiming bite on Leukos’ shoulder, his tongue drawing over his lips at the lingering taste as he pulled away. It wasn’t quite as satisfying as the taste of blood, but for now, it would do. “Glad you saw reason, when your sire clearly did not.” Perhaps not the best way to say hello, but Garmr never seemed to take the easiest path. “Care for a tour of your new home?” The draft asked, as if he hadn’t just claimed the stallion like a trinket. It seemed Garmr wasn’t great at keeping secrets for very long.
