I am very happy aswell that I missed that bullet. Trust me. But I do disagree with you in a couple of things. At 16years old yes, you are young but this kid is super mature for his age and has proven he has more than enough talent to play on this roster. He ended up number 5 and played against me the quarterfinal. He was so unlucky that he broke his brand new cesta during the practice of the partido. Then he played with another cesta which was perfectly fine and obviously snapped when he threw that left side that almost hit me. There is no way you can play with a cesta that has the frame broken. It was a super scary moment for me and honestly, I don’t think I have ever had closer call than that one in my 22 year career. But its part of this sport. Bottom line is being my little cousin, I am super proud of how well he is handling being a professional jaialai player at the age of 16. Decisions? yes , you have to make them. He has definetely made the right ones and is enjoying this experience at it’s fullest!!! He should be one of the top backcourters in the future. I have faith in him. Replies:
