PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Little hourglass of time.

Young life ran through the Peak. The life of a yearling could never be taken away as the young and small mare named Divinity raced through the peacocks mountains. Her small body managed to aid in her rambunctious attitude and her fun, giving her an almost mountain goat like view on life as she bounced from rock to rock with a whinny with ever successful landing. She had been found by Mae almost a year ago and now she was strong enough to handle being away from the mare she grew to call mother even though her birth mother had perished all those months ago.

Running along the path ways, Divinity gave a few crow hopping bucks and squealed when she slipped on a stone and slid upon the ground. Her short legs flailed above her, but a grin stretched her face anyways as she pulled herself from the ground and perked her ears. She had been raised in this sisterhood, but she had not met many of them yet. Shaking out her mane once she stood up though, the small mare snorted and let her eyes flick over the land. High up here in the peaks she felt free, as if there was no danger she could not face. In time that may change, but with these strong sisters she would grow to be something that hopefully made Mae proud.

After some time, when she went to find Mae, Divinity turned up without the mare. Her soft chocolate eyes looked all about the Peak before finally she was stuck on a rock looking over her home. Her ears tucked tight to her head before she gave a call to Mae and maybe anyone near that could hear her. Divinity did not care at this point who found her because with the sun setting, the young Lokai mare was scared of sleeping by herself in the dark.
