Titan’s sleep had been disturbed quite suddenly. Her ice eyes blazed open with her head turning quickly, her ears pinning to her head as she snaked her head towards the horse that dared come close with teeth. Her frame shifted slowly though, not in the least bit afraid of what would come at her from this brute. He was too close of course and as she narrowed her eyes on him, a smile curled her red lips as she snorted, his words having little to no affect on her other than pure enjoyment.


Perking her ears slowly, the chestnut mare finally gave a faint laugh and shook her heat at him like he was a toddler just striking out to cause trouble. “We can do this the hard way, pretty boy.” She was certain that if she were to come at her, the mare would end up bruised if not bloody. He was a decent size so far, but she was not afraid to be bitten and kicked. He could come at her with whatever he wanted and she would take it with a chilling and haunting laugh. Titan had a past, she could vaguely remember it she swore, but in her current state she was not quite trained enough in battle yet to really stand up much.


Silence stretched on for a moment before she snorted again and drug a front hoof through the grass at her feet. A soft clod of dirt and grass flew behind her, but she would not back down just yet. She waited there, silently and waited now that she had done what she wanted. He would have to fight her and take her down in order for her to follow. Her pride was far too large for her to just follow weakly. She had survived that Jigsaw mutt thanks to a mare, but she would handle this stallion on her own.
