Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

She peers into the shadows, watchful and wary, but not hidden. Garmr cannot help but smile as she overlooks his dark figure standing so very still encased in shadow. For a time, it was only green eyes that can be seen glinting back at her. The same shade of green she has seen countless times. Although they are not kind, nor angry, as his had been. Instead, they sparkle with mischievousness and maliciousness most days. But she has him curious and for now, Garmr does not reveal his typical nature.

“You’re not a lamb, are you?” Garmr’s voice rumbles from the shadows at last, like a dragon waking to find an intruder within its lair. “No” His tone changes, amusement lining his voice, and he steps forward to face the mare with a smirk curving his lips. “A wolf wary without its pack.” He states, as if answering himself. His green eyes slide over the mare then, taking in her appearance. She’s pretty in her own way, and Garmr isn’t so far removed from the season that he doesn’t feel some effects. But somewhere passed that scent he realizes that she is from Tinuvel. He’d only just returned from there; ironic that he hadn’t seen her along the way.

“Tell me…” His green eyes return to her face, focusing on the very depths of her gaze. “….wary wolf, why have you come to my home?”
