Minimum 15% raise and I would get back in. However for 50 bucks a check its not worth having all the responsibility and work load on 90% of the runs we go on. Ask yourself this, if the role was reversed and officers didnt make anything but 50 bucks a check more to do al the extra work and have all the responsibility would they take the promotion?
