He is definitely out in the field, right? So is the city not paying him for being out in the field? I don't think that is legal, something called wage theft I believe. Is Tony Martin (I mean the female secretary who does the actual work for Tony) not paying him the approximately $250,000 the Local 2 by laws requires Pat Cleary be paid? Probably not. Explain to me how this unprecedented situation resolved itself. Who isn't paying Pat Cleary for working so hard for the himself, I mean the membership.
