Thank you Larry.

I was only discussing a method to bring voting to everyone. I don�t think Jerry Feltman thought that the �proxy� idea was the new method of voting. I think Jerry was just �tweaking� the idea of proxy votes. We need ideas, and I just tossed one out to consider. Comments are welcome.

I�d like others to share their ideas on the subject of voting. It doesn�t need to be proxy vote but at least give us some ideas; this is an open forum to discuss new methods.
