The 2004 13th check has been paid. Please write your $300 check now.
I’m not going to debate the issue of who’s responsible for the 2004 13th check. The pension board has paid it because Mr. Cohen overturned the prior opinion of Mr. Loper’s not to pay it?
We all know that LJP and the Sam’s club are working with Mr. Loper and they want to take credit for getting the 2004 check. That’s odd. Well… OK. “wink-wink” we’ll give you credit. Thank you for the 2004 check. Now start working on something else of value for the retirees.
