Actually, the court hearing was on September 15th. All that happened is each side agreed how to proceed with class certification. Soon each affected retiree/surviving spouse will receive a Class Action notice with the choice to opt in or out of the class. In the interest of protecting confidential addresses, the Pension Board agreed to do the mailing.
The two remaining issues are interest for not paying the check on time and attorney fees. Neither of these issues have been resolved at this point.
