Hi Bob
Do you have any environmental concerns about the request by the Kawartha ATV Clubs request to city council to use Wylie Rd., Alvar Rd. and Lake Dalrymple Rd. as all terrain vehicle road routes. I understand the alvar is a delicate environment and how will wildlife be affected by the presence of the ATVs
