"The two remaining issues in this case are the interest and attorney fees" as posted on February 3, 2009 by Mr. Pat Lynch.

It would seem that since the Pension Board, Mr. Parker and his Attorney can not come to terms on a settlement, the pension board has decided to punish everyone by forcing us into this class action suit so we can share in the cost of the attorney's fee.

It is my understanding that the Pension Board has already agreed that the hold back and interest is due us. Why can’t the pension board pay the hold back money and interest to those individuals who want to opt out and let Mr. Parker continue with his own law suit if he chooses to do so? We were not consulted nor were we apart of the original law suit and have no idea what type of language it contains.

Never raise a hand to your child. It leaves your midsection unprotected.
