Unfortunately, you can't have a phoenix familiar without permission - only real/normal familiars are allowed with one coin. :/

If you want, you can keep Koen but change him to another species of bird, and then see if you can get him changed into a phoenix at a later date - or you can wait, keep hold of your coin and see if you can get him as a phoenix later. :) You can send Armand to go and see Aura in the Shrine to see if you can get a mythical/extinct/shapeshifting familiar. ^^

Otherwise, though, character accepted. Just let me know what you want to do about Koen. :)
