Dear Mr. Murr: thank you for your comments regarding the public road, I live in the area, and many times now I have waited for people to give me room to drive down the road and finding folks angry because we want to use the road too that is our homes and the disgruntled land owner angry about the restrictions put on land use by land owners or renters, it comes down to "property rights" and democracy. The large spotting scopes can focus in on not only properties, but the privacy of the people who live here. If you had or have children would you approval of this? Maybe if you stop and re-evaluate the situation. Put the shoe on the other foot as they say. Would you approve of not being able to get down the road where you live, or have your privacy taken away, definetely trespassing has happened. So please think about if you where the landowner. The landowners have NO PROBLEM WITH YOU OR ANYONE ELSE VISITING OR ENJOYING THE CONSERVATION LANDS. I believe most folks were raised to respect others.
