Okay - those of you who have seen the core recently will notice a slight change in the upper ranks.

The Prime Minister is still voted on once yearly (Shaman time) unless there is a dictator. The former Houses of Commons and Lords have been remade into borough seats - that's to say, there is one new Minister position per inner border territory, and that Minister position is granted to the chosen representative of each inner border land. This is usually the land's leader, but the leader can choose to pass on the responsibility to someone else if they wish. However, they can only pass on the responsibility to someone who is living within their own territory.

As you can see, all the current territory leaders have been made Ministers, with the exception of Torrin. In Torrin's absence, Adonis is the representative of Shady Labyrinth.

Parliament still rules in the same kind of way as before. The PM proposes laws and the Ministers give advice on them. However, there is a slight chance. To allow for dictatorship, the PM can now reject the Ministers' advice and pass laws on his/her own if he/she pleases. He/she can also prevent the next election by banning or postponing it. However, as soon as a PM bans/postpones an election, the position of PM can be challenged for by individual Ministers.

Military/Diplomats are much the same as before. The Diplomats have a new power: the leader of the Diplomats - the Judge - can pass judgement on and sentence people who break the law. It is the task of the Military to adhere to the Diplomats' word and carry out their orders. The Judge's word can be overridden only by the PM.

The PM also has the ability to exile territories. An exiled territory will be crossed out and will have no representative. Territory leaders can choose to exile themselves by withdrawing their representative and refusing to send another, but they will only then be allowed representation again when the Core wishes to grant it.

The PM may also make demands of the Ministers.

I think that covers everything. I'll update the rules when I get the chance. :)
