Funeral arrangements have been made for Lillian Harris, Wife of Communications Technician II Joel Harris, and Daughter-in-Law of Sergeant James Harris, District III. There will be a Visitation from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm and a Memorial Service starting at 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 12th, 2009. Services will be held at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W.
