The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

Don't Play With Fire.....
Because....
I Am Fire....

The wind whipped across the terra. The place seemed quiet...almost deadly. No animal stirred in the tree's....no birds made a sound, as though the world was holding it's breath. The soft trickle of the stream the only sound in the whole world it seemed, then.....a bird sounded and the roar of the creatures began once more. The birds sang, the cayotes howled, the fox's ripped, and the moose grunted. Everything was so peaceful...so at home, as though everytihng was perfect, but it was not. Not even close.

The sun's rays touched the cold terra, the tree's shadows giving small amount of shelter from it's heat. The once cool waters now warm and undesireable. Animals stirred and let their sound fill the air, but it was hollow as something was missing. Then, it was noticed, the wolves where silent. No howl, no pad of paws, no growls...nothing. Then, as though called, a wolf's scent was carried by the cold winds.

A large fae was walking across the terra. Her large smoky black paws skimming the ground. Pale red pelt sticking out more then anything else. Black tipped banner swinging from her rump brushing the tree's trunks and leaves. Small, black audits where pricked forward, listening to the sounds of the forest. The smoky black muzzle was lifted her, nostrils taking in all the scents. Pale carmal brown orbs dancing slightly, black pupil windening slightly. The fae's gate was smooth, black pillars moving in perfect grace, claws clicking on the ground.

As the fae came to a stop, right before the boarder, her lips pulled back over sharp, pearly white ivories. She let a snarl rip out of her throat before lifting her dome, muzzle going in a O before she let a howl ripp forward. It went high, then dipped low, before going high once more. She was telling the leader's of the pack that she was here. The big fae was not scared, but bored actually. She had come here to find a pack, and to just be herself. If they did not accept her, then fuck them. She would find another, and join them.

It would not matter if they accepted her or not. She had been living alone for 3 years now, without a pack, a family, or friends. She had hunted alone, defended herself from other wolves, bears, moose, and human's for year's and nothing would change, but maybe it would. If the pack accepted her, she would show them that she fit in. That she was not a outsider her.

Orbs dancing, the fae sat on her haunches. Her maw parted slightly, pink tounge slipping out between her ivories. Her pillars where locked, claws digging into the yielding terra. Her auds pricked high, listening for any approaching paws of a wolf. A chuckle escaping her throat...soft and silky. Then, something seemed to take over her. She laid down slightly, banner curving between her legs, auds going back, and face expressionless. Her maw touched the ground, and her orbs where cast down. This was the best and only submission she would give.

The Fae Was....

Fallen Fire
