Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.

kind of as an experiment, really. the level 2 and 3 moderators have swapped places, so pixie and innocent have been put down to level 3 and alora and merlin have been put up to level 2.
currently moderator positions are determined by how long the job has been held down, not efficiency. if alora and merlin prove to be more efficient at the job, they can stay at level 2 and innocent and pixie will either be put back up or kept at level 3. if alora and merlin aren't as efficient, pixie and innocent will go back up to level 2.
before anybody complains, remember that moderator positions are not fixed - you're just as likely to go down as you are to go up. obviously, it's the best interests of the game to have the best people in the higher positions.
alora and merlin should check their emails for information about passwords and how to perform duties.
the situation will be assessed again in a week or two's time and changes will be made then. :)
