The city saved about 15 millions in contributions when they changed the contract to give the additional multiplier and they have squandered the money like every thing they do. Making beutifications projects that no one looks at and are later neglected. The year they did the reduction the fund lost a total of 20 millions lin combined contributions why Dosen't Mr. Ribaya complain about this? Replies: There have been no replies.
