Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

((Thanks ^^ and yeah, this was great for a first battle))

Well, the bear was persistent.

It was something that would've normally brought out a hint of admiration. Persistence could turn into dedication and dedication could evolve into loyalty. It was a gamble, but one that could pay off in the end perhaps. But right now Sin only had death on her mind, not mercy. But maybe later she could reconsider.

"Perhaps, but don't count on it little bear." She whispered at hearing the reply of the dying bear before her. There was a victorious roar from above from what she was sure was Desmond. After a few moments of silence after, the blessing’s full toll came into effect. The tiger disappeared, and in its place was once again Sin as a wolf. She was unsteady on her paws, all 4 buckling as she let her head hang down. Her eyes wanted to close shut, and her body desperately longed for rest, for sleep. It was almost impossible to resist and to continue on- but she knew she had to. She didn’t want to show any weakness, and to show herself like this would be shameful and dishonorable. With a growl she locked her legs before bracing them. She took in a deep, steadying breath and lifted her head back up high. She did however let her back legs fold so she was sitting on her haunches. “Desmond.” She projected her voice loud enough for him to hear. Now he could come and feast, now he was allowed to join her.

A few seconds after the form of her dragon was in view and heavily he landed, his legs crouched with the impact and he snaked his head to the fallen form of the bear. He knew that his mistress had used a good deal of magic, and knew it did not come without a price. Sin didn’t show it though, and it only brought out a pride in his mistress and a new determination. He bowed his head and watched. She gave him a nod and with a delighted glimmer in his eyes, he leapt and started tearing at the bear. He tore into the bear, gorging himself on the rather large carcass- or well larger than the average elk as was his usual meals. It was a rather gruesome sight to behold; Desmond was in a complete frenzy, dangerous and wild with the main focus on the body. It brought a slow smile on the she-wolfs features. She loved all of her dragons, and especially her first mythical; Miara.

She still very must longed for sleep, and she was finding it harder and harder to resist and to keep up appearances. But there she sat, showing no hint of the battle weariness and ignoring her shoulder as she dispersed her weight evenly. Soon enough though, Des had finished and left nothing but the stripped skeleton of what once was the mighty black bear. A stern look from the wolfess and Des grudgingly wiped away all traces of the meal. When that was done, he stretched lazily and scratched at his neck. “Back to Fire Mistress?” He asked, making his way towards her.

“Yes Desmond, have a nice meal?” She replied, the end of it holding a slight tease. It was met by a light laugh from Des before he replied. “One of the best, thank for my fine meal.” He said with good natured sarcasm, but with genuine sincerity in his brilliant eyes. He lowered himself down to a crouch and beckoned for Sin to ride. She brought herself up with a fluidity she surely didn’t feel and leapt with the appearance of ease and grace atop his back. There, she placed herself securely and comfortably and then gave Des a nudge. With that, he took off and the pair went for Fire. The bear, should he indeed get a life blessing, should know where to find her. Sin was covered in the scent of her home and packlands of Fire territory, and if the bear couldn’t then she didn’t need him after all.
