Same location as last year on Wylie Road, Windmill Ranch north of Sedge Wren Marsh, past the gate as you go up the hill. Didn't see the bird, so no guarantee of the species, but the "bee buzz buzz buzz was unmistakeable and frequent at about 5:30 p.m. yesterday.
