��version one: STREET WARS & EXOTIC FOXHOLES

They had lived all their lives in secrecy until that fateful day in January, 1979. A younger pack member had been on a date when the full moon found him and he shifted right there in front of everyone. Needless to say, chaos ensued and their content little lives fell into chaos. Back then there had been more packs and the shifters had thrived right alongside the humans, but they have since dwindled to a meager two groups. Sides were chosen and some were banished or even killed for their beliefs. No one was trusted and no one was really in control for years.

Meanwhile, the humans were organizing. Some chose to try and use the werewolves for their medical miracles to save humanity from various diseases while others saw only something new to hate and destroy. With no great wars and no new lands to discover, using the werewolves became their only thing left to conquer. Now blood is shed in the name of money or fame while the shifters fight for what little they have remaining.

All they know is something's got to give.
