Unsafe house!!!!!!!!

How come the codes officer is not going after the house next to Joe V? It fits the law as a Unsafe building. Below you will find what is stated in the town zoning and laws. This house is a danger. Has it not been abandoned for years now? Seems to me the Town Supervisor and Codes pick and choose who to go after, not who and what needs to be taken care of. It seems like the town only wants to go after one person. The town need to start doing everything fairly across the board.

"Unsafe Buildings
A. Purpose
Unsafe buildings and structures pose a threat to life and property within the Town. Buildings
and structures may become unsafe by reason of damage by fire, the elements, age, abandonment,
lack of maintenance or repair, neglect or general deterioration. Unsafe buildings and structures
that are, or may become, accessible internally serve as an attractive nuisance for children who
may be injured therein, as well as a point of congregation for vagrants and transients. A
dilapidated building or structure may also serve as a place for vermin infestation, thereby
creating a threat to public health. This section is intended to provide for the general safety,
health and welfare of persons and property in the Town by requiring that such unsafe buildings
and structures be repaired or demolished and removed"
