For those of you who haven't noticed, the province of Imôtl has changed. In most areas the land itself may look the same, but it has definitely changed. The air is.. different. Sinister. There may not be daemons of all shapes and sizes spewing all over the brilliant lands, but that doesn’t mean the silence isn’t disturbing. In fact it’s worse than before. There is a lull, but don’t worry, it won’t last long. In fact, if you look between the cracks, there’s a lot more going on than what meets the eye.
After the raging war between the Daemons and, well, pretty much everything else, the province has been shaped differently. Sure, most of the land remains the same, but the desert is filled with the decaying bodies of the deceased. The grass all over the province has changed from the brilliant, eye-blinding green, to a dull, almost lifeless brown. The sun rarely shines in Imôtl anymore; in fact, there is almost always dark clouds looming overhead. Vegetation is dwindling, and that means that people are suffering. The experienced gardeners are taking their crops inside, filled with false light and false hope. Herds meant for consumption are plagued with illness, and are dropping faster than flies. And you don’t even want to know about the newly endangered races.
The covens are falling apart at the seams too. Rumour has it that a member of the well-known vampire coven has been seen with a human. Rumours also state that said coven is being ripped apart due to mixed feelings between other coven members, since the Queen has decided to allow the relationship to flourish. Now that the vampires are in a very vulnerable spot, anyone and everyone have decided to get their vengeance on them. And since they are crumbling fast, no one has been watching after Ëlonà. And Ëlonà has been taken over by the Underground. Rape, murder, chaos; it’s all normal in the capitol of Imôtl now. The King of the Underground proudly sits on his throne. His plans are to own all of Imôtl. And there is no one willing to stop him..
Yes, the world is dark now. No sun, no happiness, just death and chaos. All carefully hidden behind a veil of silence. The future of Imôtl is looking bleaker by the second, and many fear for their lives..
