Brad Haines (1252 Woodworth Road) approached the board with a petition from concerned
citizens regarding the Marcheterre properties. Mr. Haines stated that the Marcheterre properties
did not affect the standard or the quality of life in any way and felt that the town should no
longer spend tax money on this matter.
Supervisor Stevens stated that the zoning laws need to be used and enforced. If the properties
are not maintained then the problem comes back to the town to deal with.
Supervisor Stevens thanked Mr. Haines for his contribution.

1st off when you indicate that " Mr. Haines stated that the Marcheterre properties did not affect the standard or the quality of life in any way and felt that the town should no
longer spend tax money on this matter"........... didn't you realize that brad had numerous numerous signitures from "year round" taxpayers in our community had also felt the same way about the Marcheterre's properties??? Clearly one petition has more merit than the other.
Also Web didn't thank Mr. Haines for his contributions you idiot... he clearly indicated he sides with Frank Moran and whoever else Frank roped into signing the opposition... WEB..... thanking brad for his contribution in these minutes are sugar coated. You far from want to thank him.
The guy who video taped the minutes should continuously play over and over and over and over again what Web's initial reaction, after brad who gave his speech on behalf of a 100 participants who feel otherwise.... "Well what do you want me to do"? "what do you want me to do Brad"? or however web said it. Replies:
