The world is filled with light and darkness, constantly waging war against one another in a timeless battle. When the sun comes up, the light shines down, but when the moon peeks over that horizon, darkness comes to play. Some say the battle will never end, but there are some who like to think otherwise...

Under the guises of kingdoms and rebels, the light and darkness battles within the realms Beinlome. When evil, greedy terrorist hold the throne, the righteous and peaceful horses must conspire to overthrow them and bring tranquility to the lands once more. But when those same righteous and peaceful horses have succeeded, there will always be power-hungry thieves waiting in the shadows, biding their time until they can strike and return power to the darkness again. The kingdoms sometimes prosper while the rebels will flounder, but then perhaps the rebels will rise up under the hoof of the right leader?

It is a tricky and dangerous game out there, aided by magic, hindered by death. When one horse may become as powerful as the gods, but then be struck down by famine or eaten by more powerful beings, another could be weak and fragile, but live to a ripe old age just staying out of trouble. The magic is very selective, however, and one must work hard and earn it, though earning doesn't always come in the form of good deeds, and the gods seem merciless on their unsuspecting followers. They may favor evil, or they may favor good, they may even favor the dead, all the while with a twisted and sadistic smile plastered on their toothy maws.
