Insanity is a timorous condition to cope with, most suffer their entire lives.
I don't suffer, see my smile?

What could be going through his mind, let alone her own? If she had been able to, Miya’s maw would have flushed scarlet after her sudden outburst of confession. She had most likely blindsided him, bewildered him and probably scared him. She knew her rash side wasn’t her strong suit, but it had been the way she taught herself, the way she had grown up. There had been no one else to teach her, and so she had relied solely on herself as her own teacher. But she would never reveal that to him, no. The way he looked upon her with such tender eyes, the way he seemed to believe any wrong move would break her. She didn’t want to shatter the view he had of her, not if it meant chancing losing him in the end. As she listened to his words, she couldn’t help the way her left audit twitched lightly. He spoke of being unable to handle fighting, as she had clearly stated she would for him. She shook her maw from side to side lightly, if it really came down to it, she knew she’d throw herself in front of any wolf that threatened Kong.
Both of her charcoal lined audits perked at his next statement; he really was enjoying her company. It was a small feat, but it nonetheless caused a slight warming sensation to course once more through her body. She didn’t believe she’d ever get tired of the effect the male had on her; it was new and exhilarating. And when he asked her of the Lake, her maw moved tilted again, only this time the movement was a nod, informing that she had been to the Lake already. But wherever Kong was going to go, she knew she’d follow. Even if it were to the darkest chasm of the pit known as Hell; she’d dive in head first. But as other things about her; she’d never tell him. She’d never admit it, and tried her best to conceal it again. She was at a constant state of uncertainty, one moment making it clear what her wants were, and the next she would withdraw and become timid. She was never one to be so; she was always blunt with her misgivings, but Kong had that peculiar hold on her.
Regardless of anything she was feeling at the moment, it soon lifted as her liquid silver gaze found the smile that had etched its way across his maw. But before he could note or observe any reaction out of her, she’d quickly avert her eyes. She had once more become that timid wolf he had first encountered, her forwardness slightly diminished by her uncertainty. She didn’t want to scare him off or away, and she certainly didn’t want to intimidate him. And so she kept her eyes away from him as she allowed her limbs to carry her fourm to the left of him. Her muscles and sinews groaned as she finally allowed them to flex and unflex. It felt good to be moving away, and it was then that she allowed her gaze to fall on his own. Thought she had pulled that timid demeanor right back up once more; there was a playful gleam in her eye as their gazes connected. She had moved past him, her lithe paws carrying her fourm gracefully and swiftly by him. She’d part her maw with her words, each out bouncing and dipping off her lips and tongue with spirit. One simple word and yet it was laced with so much more;
Coming?

Just brace yourselves. Just run for your life.
I'm going to take you away.
