Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

A night sky colored pup walked in the snowy lands his pale blue eyes moving over the snow. Orion was born and raised in Ice Pack and the pre-teen had no trouble traversing over the snow covered area. Ice Mountain Peak was basically just like Ice Pack after all and Orion wasn't even moving about it alone. The starry brute felt no fear moving over what would be dangerous lands for most others, and he looked quite cheery too as he walked over them. His pure blue tail wagged above his back as his sharp eyes searched over the lands for Vega, his best friend and mythical partner. Vega was a very strange breed of dragon, one that his Grandmother had never seen before this time but had heard of. A Platinum Dragon. Orion found Vega's egg in ice pack one day, and since he hatched the two were hardly ever apart. Well except when they played their little games like today. Vega was hiding somewhere, and his scales made him very hard to see as well, Orion had to really focus his mitternacht enhanced eyes to see him and even then sometimes Vega got the best of him. Today though was not one of those days.

Orion saw something move near the base of a rock. Clever, but not clever enough to fool the young Ice pup out of exploring the possibility that it was his friend. Orion didn't have to get much closer when the dragon broke from his hiding spot laughing. He was only the size of an adult wolf, and still had a long way to go, but they shiny dragon was certainly enjoying his youth.

Orion watched him take off and wasn't far behind. White wings came from the clear night sky colored pup's shoulders and he quickly was in pursuit. The pair flew around laughing, Vega keeping the lead. There was nothing from keeping the pair from having fun on this warm spring day.
