I want to know how many times do the retirees need to take legal action to procure the benefits not only promised but also a contractual obligation? It amazes me that the benefit we obtained continues to be withheld but the pension board is laying the groundwork for denial of the 13th check for next year. To me, it is the same old, tired excuse.
