I am not going to talk about fire, police, pension, cola, 13th check or anything else related to such....
Some of you may know that I kinda like my 1967 Barracuda. Well, one of the things on my, "Bucket List", is and always will, be having a quick fun car. Well, I just purchased a 360 Magnum crate engine with 390 hp, now all I have to do is remove my built 318 and replace it with my "NEW" 360 magnum. Sounds easy enough except I am a shade tree mechanic and I am not exactly sure of all the things I need to do. I have learned about internal and externally balanced engines. My 318 is internally balanced and the Magnum is externally balanced. Not to big of a deal except the driveline I have isn't exactly correct for the new engine at a minimum I have to change the flex plate. The list goes on and on.
I was maybe hoping that someone on this board, with more knowledge, could give me advice etc. and guidance to make this project as painless as possible. I am a willing student.
