R O M A ::
The canines of Roma had finally begun to settle, find their place either among the pack lands or risking their lives in the streets. A new generation had just been born to the city, and they were just beginning to understand their role in the life of Roma.
Meanwhile, back in the United States of America, in a small laboratory hidden within a thick forest, unknown to the rest of the world, something unnatural was occurring. A group of scientists, bent on defying the laws of nature, were creating ungodly creatures. Most of their experiments failed, but in one last attempt, they captured eight canines, four male and four female, and began to test them. Before long, their experiment had been a success. There was one male and one female of fire, earth, wind, and water. From all of their shoulders sprouted wings, some feathery and angelic and others like demonic bat wings.
Careless in their celebration, the scientists did not properly lock away the mutants and they escaped. After killing all the scientists, they came upon the city of Roma several hours later. Humans unsuccessfully tried to capture them, awed by the wings upon their shoulders and the elements they could manipulate. They eventually gave up their attempts to capture the beasts and let them have the area they claimed. Some normal canines sought to join them. Others stayed far away like the humans. But a pack of canines was forming on the other side of Roma with one mission: expel the mutants from their city. It was being led by a group of hybrids that came to Roma looking for a challenge. They found one.
Which side will you join?
Roma is a very active, drama-free community that welcomes anyone who wishes to play. One does not have to participate in the fantasy plot to enjoy their time in Roma.
