ROMA: a new day has come _{[a feral canine rpg]}

fire raged through ROMA. fire that even the fire mutants could not dream of controlling. rumor has it the humans started it in an attempt to cleanse the area of everything, and perhaps return to normal. in a way, it worked. the mutants fled the area, realizing it wasn't safe even for them, whispering a rumor of their descendants returning to kill the humans who once again wronged them. the normal canines fled as well, some not surviving, others not returning, and the rest waiting for the rain to come and wash away the flames. the rain came, cleansing the area with a flood that washed away most of the buildings that were modern creations. only the ancient ruins, built to survive, remained. the moon once again showed it's pale face to the canines waiting outside of ROMA, alerting to them that the area was once again safe. they came cautiously, as did the humans, to find the area exactly as it had once been before. the humans began to rebuild, just as the dogs did, as they returned to normal. the scientists that caused all the supernatural disasters were taken away from the public, soon forgotten by all. now it is time to rebuild, only to ready themselves for whatever may happen to this city again
