I have been watching the site preparation. Can anyone cast light on this:

LAXTON TWP. -Victoria Lake Vacation Homes is coming closer to fruition following the planning committee meeting.

Mark Fuerst's plan is to build 44 units in one vacant land condo plan (phase one) and 31 units in the other vacant land condo plan -the first phase of a development known as Victoria Lake Vacation Homes.

It is in the former Geographic Township of Laxton, near Victoria Rd., Kawartha Lakes Rd. 35 and Alvar Rd. "
