Politically speaking, yes he had to have a second and third, but in his herd, they would be ranked as equals, because in reality, no one person was better than another. In his mind, it wasn’t about ranks or who was better, It was about a herd living in harmony and that was exactly how he planned on getting his herd to work. Living as a family was better than constantly fighting about ranks and who was better than who and in reality there was no one better in this herd and by god, if someone dared to start shit like that, family or not, they’d be flat on their ass and out of the desert before they could blink. Things like that were not something that Anubis would take lightly. Eyes tracked the subtle movements of EVOLUTIONAL’s facial features. He didn’t know much about the black stallion but he was determined to figure out what he was about, no, he wasn’t going to dive right into personal details that the man wouldn’t want talked about. He would figure out what there was about him that made him trustworthy and what would make it or break it. But for now, Anubis nodded his head slowly as he looked to the black stallion. “I’d like to think that in this herd, we wont be thinking of ranks. My brother will be joining us, and I’d like both you and him to be thought of as equals, nothing here is a competition, I hope you understand that. I’ve got a girl joining me, Sway, and our child. I believe my brother has a few as well, but I’m not sure. I heard through the rumor mill that our sister may be joining us shortly, though I’m not sure she’d like to be marked as a mare of her brother’s, so she may come to you, I’m not sure yet, you’ll have to speak to Guinevere when she arrives.
