There comes a time in life when creatures start disappearing. This is happening with Flashlight right now. The only mother she had known in her young life was Sway, even if this was not her biological mother. The dunalino roan had grown up with Sway and her adoptive sibling, Duster. The grey filly in which she had such a close bond with. They are about two now though and mother seems to be missing. Sway hadn't been the youngest of mares and Flashlight is growing rather worried that she can't find their mother. What was going on?

Prancing up and into the open, Flashlight begins her search. It is not Sway she comes across though but her pale father. Watching him through those brilliant blue eyes she dances up to him quickly. A thick snort expelling from her nostrils as she gently bumps her muzzle against his neck. Father. It is a soft vocalization from her lips as she glances up then. Her father is still taller than she, being she's only just reached her maximum height. This of course is only fifteen point one hands high. Not the tallest but neither the shortest of equine either. Maybe just average really. Father, have you seen mother about? I haven't for a while now and it worries me. Maybe we can go find her huh father?

Surely Anubis would want to find Sway too right? They could consider this a sort of adventure, searching for mother. After all, they would both want to find her right? Too bad it would not be in good spirits that she'd be found. Mother's time on Earth was done and they had yet to realize this. On their search, they would find her but still as could be. Limp in the desert sand of which was the homeland they'd known for some time now. Two seasons was it? Poor girl would be beside herself but it had been time. Come on father, let's go find her. She was anxious of course, what young mare wouldn't be. She was only two and mother had been gone a couple of months now. Father must have noticed too right?

OOC: I figured that this could be a way to incorporate her death. She's old now and it's far time for her to leave this world. They can wander upon her fallen form in Flashlight's next post and I'll bring Duster in then too.
