Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Vendetta's expression didn't change even after his brother's answer to his partial question, fur still on end and expression edging at murderous. His icy blue eyes remained pinned to the brute's face, narrowed as he silently weighed his options here. He wanted to trust Asch, very much so in fact... But at what expense would he blindly give his trust to a wolf he hardly knew anymore? No... trust couldn't come just yet. Not without more information at least.

"If you haven't noticed," Vendetta began his answer through gritted teeth, taking a moment to unclench his jaws before continuing. "Fire and Wind Gale have declared war on Ice for no reason. As acting alpha, I have to do what I must to ensure our survival. They don't know these parts like I do, anyway. Even if they did hear me or smell me, I'd be gone long before they ever found me." The brute slowly straightened his posture, wiping the scowl from his face to be replaced by a more neutral expression. He remained on guard, however, reluctant to give his brother the benefit of the doubt.

"And you, Asch?" V asked, tone curious and obviously mistrusting. "The stench on your fur tells me where you've been, but that still doesn't tell my why you're here if not to support my enemies." The black, white, and red marked brute continued to stare down his smaller twin, trying to find the will to trust his brother. He wanted, by all means he wanted to...
