| Welcome to Stray. Stray is an RPG in which you take the place of a stray canine and live your day to day life within the confines of an old abandoned city. Numerous kinds of canine exist here, from purebred dogs to wolf mixes. Once you arrive, you can seek acceptance into one of the main packs or start your own gang. If you're more of the loner type, you can go off on your own and explore the city. The city of Stray has been abandoned for a long time, or for at least twenty years. No one could tell you the exact amount of time. The wilderness has since taken over, filling most of the old buildings and other areas with trees and underbrush, making it quite suitable for new creatures. Through these years, old canines passed on, and so did the history as new blood filtered in from outside. Nowadays there is plenty of folklore buzzing about the canine community, but the only truth is that no one really knows for certain why the humans left. Life here is good, if not a bit simple, and with little to no human disturbance the canines of today have discovered a safe haven for themselves and for future generations.
