your pale skin is a razor sharp wire;
so i place these scales over my eyes;

“Aye”, she said with a bit of a nod. She shifted lightly on the bench, adjusting her rather modest position with her ankles crossed and her hands neatly folded in her lap to something more comfortable. She noticed his sword and belt had been unhinged from his side and felt quite embarrassed she hadn’t removed her knife, bow, and stock of arrows from her belt and her bag. It was obvious the two did not share the same religion and Epos felt as though she was a foreigner inside the chapel. Even so she undid her own equipment stood up briefly as she padded over to where his things had been placed and she too put her own there. A slight sigh escaped her lips as she felt lighter and rather naked without it all. But she could only come to the conclusion that this was Arthurs chapel and she was to obey his rules, whether or not she was uncomfortable with them was not an option to dwindle over.

She returned to him, sitting back on the bench a soft smile flickered on her lips. And this time she only listened instead of spoke. A brief chuckle there, a smile that stretched further about her lips before it receded back to once it came. “white”, she finally said as she had watched him rise and grab the keys before returning and unlocking the box. Grasping a big silver goblet in her hand she remembered it almost fondly. Epos did not have many good memories, except when it came to Jensen and their daughter, and perhaps even Arthurs and her first meeting. If she had known she had made such an impression on him she might of restrained her a bit more. But the working girl was no longer visible, at least for the moment.

Her eyes shifted almost uneasily as he spoke to her once again. Something about the way he spoke meant that it was not an easy job, she was up to whatever the task but something told her it was much more than just a simple job. She sipped the white wine for a moment before staring into the cup as she swirled it around and around. Stopping abruptly once she realized how rude that was she turned back to him. His next words didn’t quite register in her head. “Princeps?” She said. It took a moment for the shock to finally fill in her eyes. This was not a simple job; this was not something she had prepared herself for. She really had no idea how much of an impression she had actually made on Arthur. And for the moment she did not speak but only let his words sink back into her mind as the rambled around questionly. “I could not refuse.” She finally said, but the shock still lingered faintly on her face and eyes. “But I will need your help King Arthur, a position such as this I will be to new, too fragile to do it alone, it must be together.” She paused for a brief moment letting her thoughts once again collect. “Shaman does need rebuilding, and whatever you have envisioned you will know better than I. I believe we both want the same thing but I’m but an amateur when it comes to natures like this, if you say you will help me, guide me to become whatever it is you need….” She trailed thinking, thinking.

Then finally a smile rose on her lips, she set the goblet down beside her and looked at Arthur. Her eyes hardened ever so slightly. She had to do this, she had to try. “I accept.” And with that she dipped her head slightly.
