well 21 is a Spanish war horse so he has a Spanish accent XD Accents will work.
21 isn't crazy about women, so her being a heartbreaker shouldn't affect him much. He's very nonchalant about ladies at the moment. There's a big plot with Evaline going on (Evaline is a mare from 21's first terra on another RPG).
