The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.
His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.
"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."
It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.
"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."
The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

Oh how desperately I had wanted to call out to my uncle and beg for a mere five minute breather but I knew punishment would be quick to follow such a pathetic request. It wasn't that I needed a moment or two in order to catch my breath or regain my strength, nothing of the sort.. I suppose I just wanted to be akward and tease him. He wasn't all bad. Sure, me and Rai have been cooped up here for god knows how long being put through some pretty intense training but both me and my sister knew it was for our own good. I wasn't entirely sure about Rai, whether or not she enjoyed our daily routine of hunts, tactics, all Liquid taught us, but I truly hoped she did just as much as me. I had well adjusted to this way of life and in return for my hard work I had been awarded for my efforts with lack of fear. I feared nothing, well, except Liquid on a bad day. The Caverns had been everything to me thus far; My home, my playground, my obsticle course. I knew all the different sections to the great cave and no doubt Rai did, too, considering we spent all our time together playing amongst the ancient stones when we were kids. So as you can imagine, leaving all I had ever known left me both nervous and excited. Father had visited us a few times but he never stayed long, he usually visited the caverns to check up on mine and my sisters progress before leaving. He was a great wolf, both him and my uncle and I hoped that one day I could be just like them. The beginning of the rest of my life was waiting patiently outside my rocky sanctuary. I cast a glance toward Liquid and examine his relaxed, determined posture before shifting my soft brown optics toward Rai, needing her support right now. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Liquid had told us stories of the pack Andere Seite and gone through each member that waited there for us, yeah, we usually pushed him in to telling us when we couldn't sleep leaving him with no choice. My flag gives a soft wag behind me and my scarlet stilts raise me to my paws and full height of your average canine. I don't hesitate in pushing out my chest, making me appear mature and ready for just about anything, and after locking eyes with Rai momentarily and giving her a reassuring smile, I step forward and follow after my uncle who gestures me a look, almost as if warning me to step out of line, I knew exactly what I would get if I did. So naturally, like a good little girl I plodded on quietly and take in the woodland surrounding us as we go. Liquid doesn't make it easy for me or my sister but non the less I keep up and know Rai probably has no trouble doing the same thing. The outside world is more beautiful than I imagined and for a moment or two i'm distracted by the most fascinating mix of colors flapping about infront of me. I'd heard of butterflies but had never really seen one this close and i'm tempted to lunge for it, maybe even invite it to play? Liquid turns and comes forth toward us cutting my concentration on the small Blossom Forest inhabitant giving it time to get away. I shove out my chest again and stand tall just like he no doubt wanted, even when he stepped closer and nuzzled me, I was on guard never knowing whether or not he's testing me, i'd learned that one the hard way! With a shake of his cranium we're back to moving at a quick pace and after what seemed only an hour or so due to being distracted by the scenery, we're approaching Anderes borders. My heart thuds against my chest at the thought of finally being part of a pack. A sigh leaves my lips and I seek out Rai leaning in to her cloak, inhaling her gentle aroma finding it comforting and assuring when I need it the most. I place a lick on my sisters cheek before shifting forward and following after Liquid once more. Foreign smells invade my nostrils though non are strong enough to indicate a presence near by. I take a look toward my uncle curiously and notice his agitated expression, it leaves me wondering what has made him so angry? Is something wrong? I step forward boldly and my femenine, beautiful voice takes care of the rest. "Uncle, what is it?" I take a look around and stop when I land my chocolate stargazers on Rai gesturing her a questioning look as if to ask if she knows what's up with him. I shrug the thought and take a seat, my guard up as always, audettes alert and flag wrapped around to meet my front rouge limbs.
