The only rules that really matter are these: what a man can do and what a man can’t do. Dear residents of the Ridge, I don't know if you have noticed, but you do have neighbors, and the lack of walls has made it difficult for us to tune out the ruckus you guys have been making lately. As King of Atlantis, I feel it is my duty to enforce the unspoken laws of the land, and so I must forcefully remind you of the noise ordinance in effect so that the rest of us may return to enjoying our paradise (and our sleep). Raucous parties are all well and good, but you could at least be mannerly enough to invite the rest of us. On a final note, if the disturbances here are of a more serious and violent nature, I must insist that you relocate such fights elsewhere. Under my reign, Atlantis is to be a peaceful place - even if this peace must be won with bloodshed, if you catch my drift. I will be coming to call at the next sign of trouble.
