Thanks for your sightings, Ron. good to know you are our scouting once again. Sorry I missed you. I had a great day as well. Nothing too exciting with the exception of the Yellow Rail which I heard with several other birders at 6:10 p.m. It was at the 4/10th mark up from McNamie on Wylie Rd. Male and Female Harriers on Wylie. An Uplands 3/4 way up Wylie. Moorhen on Prospect uThe GH Owl is still at Shrike Road. I saw 2 or 3 Owlets. Loggerhead Shrike at Box 10. Regular birds were very quiet and difficult to see on such a hot day. Indian Paint brush in bloom. It is getting very exciting. Other birders had several warbler species along Wylie and Alvar west.
