Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Had Perun seen the way Ouka moved through the steep, sleek snow peak, running - /running/ - easily and without having to pick and choose her way along a she had, he honestly would have been put to shame. He hadn't, though, and perhaps that was a blessing; he was a proud wolf, and the blow to his ego would likely have been too much for the old gray brute to bare. Still, it was Perun's loss, really, as Ouka's striking coat streaking along through the snow was a thing of beauty.

Despite what could have been considered a delicate condition because of his age, Perun stood looking off into the distance where Sevda had flown without panting, or even too much complaint from his old bones and joints. It was a pleasant surprise for the old male, but not, it would seem, the only one that would come his way.

Ouka's cheerful call toward him brought his attention, and the nearly half-blind brute turned his great shaggy head toward her as she came near, at first a bit tense. He didn't recognize the voice at first, though something about its deeper and bellike quality struck in his memory. It was a splinter of recognition that took until he saw her closer, caught the breath of Ice Pack on her that jogged his old memory and brought a smile to his whitening muzzle despite the worry he held in his heart for his little dragon. "I do," he said with a bit of a laugh, padding toward her with a slight limp and giving his own tail a wag at the greeting. Part of him was inwardly horrified that he had forgotten her name, but this part did not show, his expression fairly serene despite the concern for Sevda and her solo flight. "Nice to see you again," greeted Perun, ears falling back a little sheepishly as he bit back an unsure "uhhh."
