From the salty turquoise surf, wind-blown and white capped, the brilliant white sandy beach ahead appears deserted yet beautiful as the lustful tides caress its ever changing face. The alabaster cliffs which hang overhead are mammoth and crumbling, a foreboding wall that separates the sea from the grassy steppe beyond, is riddled by sea birds and precariously placed nests. Beyond the ancient sea cliffs roll an endless grassland, wind-whipped and tree bare, interrupted only by the low rising hills of emerald and a vast and deep lake whose veins creep through the landscape bringing its crystal waters to the farthest reaches of the land. And beyond that? From the coast you can just barely make out the rising of the Highlands, wrapped it a haze of low clouds and glistening mist. Your eyes have come to rest upon the land of Kroacia ,a Mediterranean landscape where civilization has not corrupted nature’s beauty. The landscape suffers the extremes of all the seasons, yet more often than not the weather is quite desirable and temperate. And what are those shadows which lurk behind the trees and nestle into the fathoms of sea grass you ask? Why those are the horses of course… Kroacia’s guarded pearls! And where have they come from you wish to know? They have traveled long and far to reach this touch of paradise hidden in the outskirts of the world, some are born here, many will die here. But they will live their own lives, wild and free.
Kroacia is a play by post semi realistic equine rpg for all writing styles and experience. We emphasize a low stress environment and don’t tolerate bad attitudes. Maturity is expected at all times. This is a game to enjoy writing with others without a lot of pressure or strife. We hope that we can build a community here, of pleasant people and hungry minds. A place were experienced players can help those not so experienced to flourish. And where writing a novel of a post doesn’t make you better than anyone else. Let’s find new friends and new stories to take our characters on. Use Kroacia as a place of enjoyment and relaxation away from your everyday life.
